Before founding Zirkelbach Strategies, Katie led congressional Republican advocacy efforts for one of the nation’s largest health insurers during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, directed major federal campaigns for the leading health insurance trade association during and after the passage of landmark healthcare legislation, and managed a successful multi-client lobbying firm in South Carolina.
