Malia Ching is a Government Affairs Associate at Tremont Strategies Group, where she supports the team's federal public policy work through research and advocacy efforts. Malia first joined TSG as a Government Relations and Public Policy Cooperative Education student in 2024. 

Prior to joining TSG, Malia worked at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center and the Green Energy Consumer Alliance where she focused her efforts on grid and electric vehicle initiatives. She also worked in Senator Brian Schatz's office on his environmental legislative team in Washington, D.C.

Malia earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and International Affairs from Northeastern University.
