Based in Washington, D.C., Alexandra Eby serves as Director of Federal Affairs at Tremont Strategies Group, where she helps lead the firm’s federal advocacy practice. In this role, she develops and executes strategic initiatives to advance client priorities before Congress and key federal agencies. Alexandra is skilled at managing complex policy initiatives, cultivating relationships with decision-makers, and providing strategic counsel on legislative and regulatory matters that shape client interests.

Prior to her current position, Alexandra served as a Legislative Aide in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Brad Sherman (D-CA), where she supported the development and advancement of federal policy across healthcare, transportation, and higher education.

Before her time on Capitol Hill, Alexandra worked at TSG as a Government Affairs Manager, leading advocacy efforts for clients in the energy, infrastructure, healthcare, and technology sectors. She originally joined TSG as a research co-op and also gained experience as a Legal Assistant at Eze Software.

Alexandra earned her degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, with a minor in Communications, from Northeastern University.
